Returns and Refunds

NO CREDITS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES OF PRODUCTS WILL BE ISSUED WITH OUT PRODUCTION OF ORIGINAL SALES VOUCHER OR TAX INVOICE.

• Goods must be returned within 28 days from the original date of purchase.
• No refunds or exchange on Sale items.
• No returns or exchange after 90 days.
• Please choose carefully as there is no refunds or exchanges on any ammunition purchases.
• Returned Goods must be in ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED, FACTORY PACKAGING.

Shipping costs

The customer bears responsibility for any shipping expenses incurred in returning goods.

When we accept a return

The Gun Shed accepts returns, refunds or exchanges only when:

1. You received a damaged and/or faulty item;
2. You received an incorrect item from your original order; or
3. The item is returned within 90 days of purchase.

Please note: We are happy to process refunds, where applicable, if ALL of the above conditions are complied with.
